2 Cabanas -Each with a double room, verandah, and private garden space. Each cabana can sleep up to four people. Rooms have comfortable double beds dressed in linen and fitted with mosquito netting and overhead fan. An open-sided verandah is there for each cabana facing the sand dunes and palm trees.
Rooms - 14 Rooms are there where 2 are Air-conditioned. There are double rooms and family rooms.
All of them have individual open verandah.
Food and Dining
The Hotel offers delicious food as per your choice whether it is a Western, Eastern or Indian menu.Guests can sit around wherever they please and enjoy delicious rice and curries cooked with freshly available seafood and vegetables while enjoying the spectacular view of the garden suit, the mini forest in front of the hotel and the sand dunes beyond.
The marine sanctuary here extended to about 307 sq km. This includes the exixtence of tropical exotic fish and the coral formations found in shallow waters in varied colours and forms. There are many islands - small and large formed within both sea and lagoon.
Most of these islands, especially the ones by the lagoon, are covered with green mangroves. These islands and other wetlands around have been habitats for local and migratory birds of different species. There about 22 species of core mangroves found in Sri Lanka. According to botanists, out of the 22, some very rare species are found in habitats in these islands.
Dolphins
Kalpitiya is very popular for the dolphins, which can be spotted without sailing into deep seas. In addition, sea turtles and whales also frequent the sea. There is a great amount of bio diversity in the area.

Not a star hotel, but clean and very friendly staff make your stay nice :-)
I have been there many times
This is not a designed hotel. Just built structure.
